There's nothing good about working here.
Cons
They have no proper management. The HRs are of no help. Very linguistic people. They treat employees who do not know the regional language very badly. They have no proper rules or policies. They can ask anybody to leave the company just like that without any notice. They have no sense of responsibility and also none of the processes are taken care of on time. Very very bad experience.
