I don’t see any pros in this organization
Cons
No developers - they’re freelancers😂 No testers - they’re hired for a different client and used for internal purposes No digital marketing - they’re freelancers😂 So much of work pressure Zero work life balance Worst organization ever seen CEO says he’s having some decades of experience and still he don’t know how to figure out how to get the work done
