Pros

Highly async, no micromanagement. Control your schedule as you see fit! If you have high agency, you're going to be a good fit!

Cons

Like most small startups, RapidCanvas has a semblance of PMF, but still figuring where things go. A stronger sense of product strategy and roadmap would definitely be great!

Pros

When you join RapidCanvas, you will have opportunities to learn, interact and create your own roadmap of how you define and plan to execute your role. The team will always trust your decisions. There is guidance if you need, and there is also tolerance for failure as long as you show signs of progress and learning. The scope for broadening your work or building deep expertise lies in how you navigate the wrinkles of startup evolution. The founding team always lends a patient ear and is readily supportive to create conditions for you to succeed.

Cons

High competence teams come forceful ideas and fast execution. Therefore, RapidCanvas isn't a place for anyone to survive two quarters without significant contribution. While the team is very empathetic and supportive, you are expected to be predictable and reliable. And most tasks are executed in pairs/groups, so you must expect a constant friction between what you consider best and what your task partner considers as an alternative. Occasionally, you may settle for less than the best - but if that is what the team agrees to go with.
