Terrible place to work

Pros

pay and schedule were very good

Cons

management was horrible, the collision center got a big lawsuit in august of 2020. the owner assure us that everything is going to be alright and after a few months they announced that the collision center files for bankruptcy so we will need to find something else

Pros

Felt like a team environment. More than enough walk-in business.

Cons

After regime change too much emphasis was on volume, making it tough to get good gross. Too many other BMW dealers within close proximity.

Pros

Potential to make good money if you are an efficient and clean technician. (Rallye BMW)

Cons

Management is extremely toxic and doesn't listen to concerns. Ridiculous rules made out of nowhere that have zero logic behind them. Room for growth is questionable at times, Work is dispatched unfairly at times, almost benefitting the people who are lazy Expect to have hours of pay taken away for unjust reasons (I've sold work to a customer who paid CASH, Rallye decides to goodwill the job and take my money away from the service)
