Pros

Maybe if someone want to have few days off during the week that can be an only positive side of this job and company.

Cons

-Poor management. Relationship between different department is horrible and they look aggressively to you if you are from a lower position category. - Salaries randomly dropped without normal explanation and you can never know what is your salary sometimes you receive lower than what is written in your contract (after the taxes) -long working hours and by the end of month you need to recalculate everything since sometimes your salary and working hours does not match. You have 12 hours of a shift, toxic environment and funny salary with what you can not survive 2 weeks in Prague. No respect from top management to lower management does not matters if you are top performer you never been rewarded financially or career side environment makes you feel more modern slavery than a place where you can develop your career. I don’t about others but I don’t suggest you to work there. BONUS- terrible canteen. They claim that they feed employees twice a day. Jokes on them cause food is terrible ( some of the employees got poisoned constantly and stopped eating there) it’s never new and always terrible smell is coming out of canteen.

Pros

This company serves as an excellent launchpad for a hospitality career, offering a fast-paced environment that rapidly builds sharp, immediate problem-solving skills. The workplace boasts a highly sociable and collaborative team culture with very little selfishness, where teamwork is deeply valued and management genuinely gives employees opportunities to grow instead of resorting to layoffs. Managers here are truly proficient, leading a diverse environment that welcomes guests of many different nationalities. While anyone who can adopt an outgoing, extroverted approach and share common interests will find it easy to bond with colleagues, those who are naturally bold, calm, quick-witted, fast, and strategic are particularly well-suited to adapt effortlessly to this dynamic setting. This was one of the first workplace that I had seen someone with high EQ and I would not forget those who were nice to me and I wish them the best.

Cons

While this reflects my specific regional observation rather than a definitive judgment on the global brand or other locations, there are several distinct challenges within this environment. The organization experiences to have a high turnover rate, with many employees lacking true alignment or passion for the company. The workload can be highly stressful due to handling problematic guests, and requesting new equipment is rarely approved, while some technical amenities—such as Chromecast access on guest TVs—are not universally available. Culturally, there is an overemphasis on social standards, a noticeable level of favoritism that can lead to unfair treatment, and an environment where some colleagues engage in gossip or unfriendliness, occasionally judging peers strictly on performance metrics rather than personal integrity/morality. Furthermore, interns face unique hurdles; because they do not receive comprehensive training and are restricted from essential work system accesses, they are often left without the full knowledge required to execute their tasks effectively.
