      Pros

      9.5 hrs. working and sometime more you can No Work Life Balance but lots of work you can do Always be available on laptop if you want to go washroom need to ping your teams group to inform your not available for 5 mint and then you will school days is back.

      Cons

      Not a good company. Policy are not good. Check your CTC before join the make you fool. No support of employee if still he is a performer Last working day they recover some benfits which you deseve like variable lot of things

      Pros

      Great culture, supportive environment. When projects get hard everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like. There is a great social culture too if you want it, with people regularly going to the pub after work or meeting up for stuff on the weekend. Great office location, flexible working hours. Best company I have ever worked for. You can formulate new ideas, suggest them to management and yes, the management will take your ideas seriously and will support you with full confidence.

      Pros

      RpaTech support their employee in every means. Environment is women friendly and healthy. Travel allowance , Food is provided by the company. CEO Inspire and motivate the employee to do some outof the box. Support the Reacherch and Devlopment. The rate of company growth is good.
