      Great culture if you value success!

      Pros

      Clearly defined process to help associates reach their goals. Great support from managers and back-of-house staff! If you're ready to work hard, you can earn more money that you've ever dreamed.

      Cons

      Hard work. If you're not ready to give it your all, it may not be a great place for you. Must have the drive to persevere and keep going. If you have that, the rest is provided for you! Also, no benefits. That said, I make enough to afford my own!

      Pros

      High growth potential. Great work culture. Really great training. Always open to new ideas for growth- despite being the highest producing group for many of the companies represented, Grant Barra is always looking to explore new ideas to take this organization to the next level.

      Cons

      Hard work is an expectation, success is an expectation. For some, this may be a "CON". For others, this may be exactly what you need.

      Pros

      Awesome culture and great people to support me. Have some great mentors that really help you throughout the whole training process and are always willing to help. The autonomy to work as you please is ideal, but also the support and resources for whatever you might need.

      Cons

      This career is something you have to put a lot of time into but it's all worth it because as much as you put in is as much as you get out.
