      Bait and Switch

      Pros

      Nice people. Great snacks. Office smells like garbage juice.

      Cons

      They speak of commission as if it is actually ever paid out. It is not. There is no management, nor ownership, no one in charge of the staff. The management finds other things to do with their time. I worked there for a short amount of time over a year ago. Hopefully its better now, maybe someone in the office is making over $50k now.

      Pros

      Great team, unlimited support and continually improving all areas for the agents. If you are willing to put in the work to get your agency off the ground I don't see a better option overall.
