      They will only help you if you are friends with people in the company

      Cons

      Don't bother staying long. Use this company for what its worth: a stepping stone. They will give you level 1 through to level 3 tickets because Seniors don't wont to work on tickets. You will be worked to a dog, so keep that in mind, and if you are a friend of anyone then you are very lucky! I wouldn't be surprised about the reviewers just being friends or brainwashed. Nepotism at its finest.

      Work is interesting, nice teammates

      Cons

      People aren’t respected, anyone who leaves is made out like they are the problem but it’s mostly management to blame. Work here if you like being told what to do, shouted at and micromanaged. Senior people seem to go quickly because they have better options. Others live in fear of being fired?

      Pros

      Work life balance with flexible working arrangements. Have to be self driven to drive change so those that can do this will do fine.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, struggle to communicate with staff over payment disputes. Employees not getting paid for the work they put it is an issue.
