There are some Pros: 1. Reliability 2. People are really nice even CEO is also a very nice person. 3. No Politics. 4. Working on smart technologies. 5. If you belong to renewals background you must join this company. You will get lot of exposure to wok on different things.

Cons

No cons except salary. As they are startups and just 07 year old company so they provide according to their standard. If you want knowledge, you should compromise.
