Pros

Quidgest has an interesting concept of custom development.

Cons

Quidgest is run for the top of Quidgest. This is just a problem that is getting worse and worse in companies. Quidgest is cheaaaaaaaaap. As soon as the topic of them paying for things comes up, there are long waits while emails are bounced around, but basically you can't have whatever it is. Quidgest extracts, they don't give anything back.

Pros

Good working environment. Good and modern facilities.

Cons

Little or no support is given to new employees, while expectations are always placed hi. The academies provided are unrelated to the tasks performed, adding little or no useable tools and relevant knowledge. In my area of work, there's a strong psychological pressure, and employees are expected to work long hours with no compensation what so ever, at least from my experience. When dealing with the Covid-19 reality the company is very insensitive to employees situations not allowing people with more than 1 co-habitants with health issues to work remotely when all conditions are rounded up. Health insurance is inexistent for the time being when it should have been available months ago.

Pros

- There aren't many processes established, so you can build your own - A few interesting IT products to explore, including the low code tool Genio

Cons

- A delusional Senior Partner, that has no idea how to lead and is completely untrustworthy - A CEO with really bad manners, bordering on prejudiced behavior - A weak management team that is 100% focused on securing their own skin, rather than worrying about leading and improving their teams - Lack of processes at all levels... daily work is really messy - No career progression and training whatsoever (they only give training in Genio, as if the tool was used by the whole market...) - Impossible targets for the people working in sales (they only know how to sell to public entities)
