A great place to work, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There is ample scope for learning, with management providing strong support through various learning sessions and other initiatives. Fun activities are also organized from time to time, and teams often go out for dinners and outings, with a dedicated budget allocated for such events.

Cons

Sometimes you may feel micromanaged due to things like being expected to arrive exactly at 10:30, strictly completing nine working hours(for some teams ), or being questioned about why you need to work from home—even though a few favored people are always allowed to.
