Pros
- Great working culture - Owners are quick to act when employees need tools to work optimally - Frequent stand ups are great for cross team transparencies - Learn a lot in a short span of time compared to one product focused companies - Ping Pong table, chess, board game nights, chicken wing outings, quarterly team outings are great
Cons
- The team is expanding quite rapidly and we had to give up our ping pong table recently :( - Would be nice to have a bigger fridge and well stocked snack bar but this may change in the near future as the company is expanding every month.

Pros
Management is very approachable and actively promotes employees participation on companies initiatives, which makes for a great growth environment. Top notch, super diverse coworkers with great culture fit makes work enjoyable.
Cons
If you prefer an uneventful 9 to 5 that you just hammer task after task with minimal engagement with your team, then you may be better served by a Big Corp position. Short term projects may make junior people anxious about what’s next. Which usually means dealing with new clients and a new technology stack.
