Pros

Getting to work with the kids was a plus. But everything else was a nightmare. Do not work for this company

This company is the absolute worst. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never any supervision hours and this company is unethical and breaking Ca laws. Compensation is ok but they do not reimburse for cancellations and the drive time pay is not worth it. You will end up spending more on your car then you get paid. They do not care about there employees or the families they “service”. They only care about meeting quotas and getting there checks from insurance. Most of they time you won’t have any supervision or anyone on your cases and will be left to fend for yourself.

Entry level (foot in the door) easy hiring high pay (but very little hours)

As another person stated- hired on the spot. It was interesting that they paid more than some other behavior therapy companies yet did not run well. There is a very high turn over. Every few months a BCBA supervisor/ case manager would quit. This was disruptive to the client's programs and the therapists work. I can recall one supervisor who truly was passionate about helping children with autism say to me that in 10 years of this kind of work they have never seen a bad company like this before. She saw some unethical issues and I also noticed too. When I heard the case manager say that I realized I wasn't the only one thinking that. I talked to other friends who are also behavior therapists at other companies. There companies actually trained their employees and made sure to check in with their therapists. At Quantum, the training was 2 days of lectures. I was literally thrown in to do the job without any supervisor to help show me the ropes. no shadowing. Communication from supervisors and office was terrible. No one would get back to my emails or my calls. I felt like the top people of the company didn't care about their clients or therapists. There are honestly so many red flags that I could describe but this was my experience in a nut shell. This company will go down the drain soon if they don't change their standards. I saw families confused and disappointed and I do not want to be apart of that. These families deserve better quality of service.
