      If you are Khandelwal, Gupta, Goyal, Bansal or Singh; apply for the job in this firm. Selection criteria for any profile (mostly manager level) 1. Above mentioned surnames 2. less the experience in education industry more the chances getting selected 3. IQ should not be more than your weight 4. Treat your colleagues like street dogs 5. attitude should be spiteful and behave like a schmuck.

      There are no advantages in working here

      Cons

      All the positive reviews are definitely paid. The company is going through a bad cash crunch and firing anyone having a decent salary. The management is really bad and you will feel like laughing at their actions. There is a team of people are lick the feet of the co founder and hence are surviving

      The worst management and the worst policies

      Pros

      No pros of working in this company, if you want to play with your future you probably should join them or else stay away

      Cons

      The management doesn't know what they are doing they have no regard for anyone. They treat you like school kids. 1. No freedom of speech 2. No scope for creativity 3. It's either their way or the highway 4. The company is not making money 5. They will promise you a lot of things but fail to deliver on anything 6. 50-60% of the team leads are not even worthy of their position, they hardly have any experience they do not know how to manage a team plus they are major management boot lickers. 7. No job security 8. Money that will be promised won't be paid out 9. They will make you work for 16-17 hrs and then only they will feel that you work anyone who works less than that or has a life outside the office isn't good enough
