Pros
Nothing. They make your life a living hell. They make you feel like you are not worth anything. There is no clarity of tasks. They are not motivated enough to get business. They call themselves -'Psychologists', but fail to apply the basic principles of psychology in the workplace. There is so much favoritism. Each leader has a favorite and if you're not one of them, RUN!! I literally have trauma because of my tenure at QC. Seeking therapy now and felt that they are the problem, not me. Thriving at my new job is just proof of how pathetic these guys were and I am sure still are to their employees.
