Pros

Works only if you're a proven salesman that can sell. Ull be loved as long as ur making money, a lot of money.

Cons

All the advantages mentioned by others no longer stands. They fire like crazy. The food is no longer that healthy and diverse. The health insurance is poor. Dont leave ur job for this company unless ur getting a much higher raise and position than ur in or if ur jobless.

Not for Everyone

Pros

Great benefits such as onsite gym, company retreat, beer Fridays and lax clothing.

Cons

Expected to make a certain amount of calls - quantity versus quality seems to be the philosophy. They monitor your calls and workstation. Tough to sell a commodity. Also, you are expected to be there at designated times. It’s not like other companies where you can come in and leave at flexible hours.
