Was an excellent place to work, a very supportive family friendly management team, plenty of opportunity to develop skills. Team culture was very good with few barriers between groups (sales, presales, services etc)
Cons
Probably not many options for career advancement within the organisation, though mainly due to the size of the company than anything else.
