      Cons

      - Outsourcing - The worst hiring process ever... I was asked to perform a PMO role during the interviews, but when I started the job, the customer asked me to perform a project manager role, arguing that I must be flexible. The salary in Chile for PMO roles are low against PM roles, so I felt cheated.
