      Pros

      On Sunday nights so many people complain about dreading going into work on Monday mornings. One of the things I'm most thankful of is that is never the case at Prospect 33. The people, the environment, the attitudes, and the nature of what we do makes work not feel like work. Prospect 33 also seems to put such a heavy emphasis on technology and media and it's cool to see a company so heavily involved in the financial sector stay light and fun and current. Upper management also encourages growth and development and employee educational initiatives are pretty popular throughout the company.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that the company fridge is too small.

      I'm so glad you enjoy working with Prospect 33. Thanks for the advice. I could not agree more. Education and personal growth are two of the three most important factors I focus on in my relationship with all the people who work for Prospect 33. The third is of course Career.       Pros

      I was employed by Prospect 33 for a little over two years and only recently converted to a full time employee with the bank I had been engaged with for the duration of the assignment. My experience with Prospect 33 was excellent. Their handling of matters was entirely professional, and I can only give positive feedback about this employer. I attended numerous events that they hosted and was very impressed with the caliber of their workforce and the other people I engaged with at the functions.

      Cons

      I hope that I can one day work with Prospect 33 again. I am very happy with my current role and I have Prospect 33 to thank for making this happen. Their model of allowing their consultants to convert to full time employment with their customers is unique and refreshing. Although I have listed this under Cons, it really is a Pro.

      Wonderful team, Strong and ethical work culture very transparent - the entire team is very accessible, growing rapidly- which gives options for different projects and opportunities.
