On Sunday nights so many people complain about dreading going into work on Monday mornings. One of the things I'm most thankful of is that is never the case at Prospect 33. The people, the environment, the attitudes, and the nature of what we do makes work not feel like work. Prospect 33 also seems to put such a heavy emphasis on technology and media and it's cool to see a company so heavily involved in the financial sector stay light and fun and current. Upper management also encourages growth and development and employee educational initiatives are pretty popular throughout the company.
