Pros

Before COVID, it was more welcoming and offered fantastic travel options. Incredible products and customer base.

Cons

Below average pay and benefits. No pay rise offered in several years at the company. They have a policy of "freelance firing" - they force workers onto a freelance contract with a promise of ongoing work that never materialises. The company seems to be winding down. Upper management say they welcome criticism but will oust anyone who offers suggestions for improvements. This seems to start from the CEO but extends to other managers with one or two exceptions.

Great multicultural travel company. Its provides you a lot of flexibility. The best working environment, Senior Management is professional but at the same time very human and understanding. A place where you enjoy going to work.
