Pros
Colleagues are very hardworking and friendly. Team work is excellent amongst site team
Cons
Bad management. Staffs are overworked and under appreciated. Unprofessional HR. Don't answer calls or reply to emails. Company does not provide payslip without demand and when requested, be prepared to feel like a beggar. Can take them months to give you one because HR is never contactable. Random pay cuts without notice. No support from management. Extremely high turnovers (no surprise there).
