Great work life balance, amazing team of people who work really hard but also know how to have fun, super diverse workforce who I really enjoyed getting to know, good leadership who are all super approachable and receptive

Cons

I didn't experience any downsides to working at Profitect.

Great place to learn, show initiative and get an honest feedback New ideas and innovative thinking is encouraged and recognized Management guidance and support Work Life Balance Diverse workforce Future growth and expansion to other verticals Effort is always recognized Relatively small team enabling effective and easy communication (most of the time :) ) Good workplace for self starters, people who are self motivated and organized

Cons

Nothing in particular that comes to mind. Some of the pros I have noted could be seen as cons for some people. Profitect is probably not the place for people who find it hard to self motivate and need to be constantly heavily managed and pushed in the right direction.
