Thank you for taking the time to this review. We are disappointed to hear about your experience. All of our Consultants are given a deep overview of the client and project they will be working for, which typically also includes an in-person interview with the client themselves. This helps us ensure all parties are comfortable with each other and the relationship has been created even prior to the start date. If the project which you agreed to join did not fit your preferences for any reason, we would have happily worked with you to find an alternative client, project, or role which you could join.
We are also disappointed to hear about the behaviour which you say you experienced regarding lying and backstabbing. We can assure you that accusations such as these would not be taken lightly from Human Resources or Senior Management. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and violence, which is held strongly by all members within Prodigy and any reported instances of such behaviours are investigated immediately. We are transparent with our team. Unfortunately, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, some decisions are made by clients quickly, and information is received with short notice. If a project does get cancelled by a client, we share that information as soon as we can with those affected.
If your project was completed with the client and we could not find another placement which fit your requirements and expertise, we will always strive to keep you top of list for any upcoming roles that fit your preferences. It is always our top priority to place all consultants onto another project, when their current project comes to completion.
The majority of our staff and consultants are senior-level professionals with several years of experience within their fields, such as yourself. Our clients have entrusted us to provide them with expert level talent and we would love the opportunity to work with you again in the future to achieve this. The previous experience you had with Prodigy and/or certain members within Prodigy is unfortunate and we would appreciate the opportunity to update your opinion of us based on the true Prodigy experience.
