Pros
Prodigy has a lot of high end clients, so the work they provide is good work, If you don't work for a client, they also have their own innovation lab, which is doing some really cool things with new tech. They focus on hiring skilled people who take some pride in what they do. As such, I enjoy working with the other prodigy employees. Above all, they recognize talent when they see it. So if you work hard and you take pride in what you do, they really do appreciate it. They also have employees with their clients, so if anything does come up, you have a contact to help you out.
Cons
If you work for a client for a long time, you feel like an employee of that company. That's not really a bad thing, their clients are decent clients, but it would be nice to have more Prodigy interaction.
