The co-workers are friendly. Location is not very far like OMR.
Cons
Men be asked to wear formal dress and shoes, but women can wear informal dress and sandals. How that fair? My so-called manager, he had least interaction with me that I ever see in any company. He only talk to me like two or three times in whole 12 months. If they want fire you, they just tell you to leave in 5 days. They not even give you reason why they fire you. No fans in lunch area. It so hard to eat when weather is hot. And people be use loud speakers for team calls with clients. How can other people work in peace.
