"Covid" management style resulted in a heavy "work remotely" mentality with complete physical separation of management and employees. All key management functions are handled remotely- resulting in management that is blind to many basic operations and complete inefficiency due to the necessary hours of teleconferencing.
Mid and upper management changes routinely. Key people are hired, trained but not given more that a year or two of experience before replacement or elimination of positions. This resulted in a "revolving door" of personnel in the USA and Switzerland that spins rapidly and frequently.
Very poor communication on the part of management.
Narcicisstic upper management make costly and poor ego driven decisions
