Cons
If not staffed on client projects, employees are assigned to internal projects which tend to have less visibility and recognition. There is a clear difference between ProcDNA Analytics (Sector 20, Gurugram) and ProcDNA Services (Sector 32, Gurgaon) in terms of work type and structure. ProcDNA Services focuses more on technical and operational tasks, while Analytics handles core analytical work. Compensation in ProcDNA Services is comparatively lower than ProcDNA Analytics for similar roles, and there is an additional lower hierarchy level.
