I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ProcDNA in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and conducted in a very comfortable manner. There were three rounds in total. The first round focused on mutual fitment and understanding my background, where the panel was friendly and encouraging. The second round involved a case study discussion; the case was shared in advance, and the interviewers guided the discussion, making it more of a collaborative conversation. The final Director-level round was engaging and reassuring, focused on strategic thinking and alignment rather than stress-based questioning. Overall, the panels were supportive and made the experience positive.
