5yWe are not sure where this is coming from. We don't have a profile that matches this description. We also don't fire people during increment time. We actually provided increments during COVID-19 when many companies laid people off or reduced salaries.
If this was an authentic review, and this person decided to leave, that is their choice. We do our very best to compensate our team with competitive salaries and benefits.
