# Appraisal ratio very low. Appraisal is not based on your skill or performance, it is average to all (random like you buy vegetables in market). # Shadow, shadow & shadow. Top level management is very poor. # Company has 10-12 senior resources who takes care of all projects. 80% of them are not eligible for that post and disturbing overall company management. They takes all credits of developers every time. # No one take cares of your request or complain regarding work. HR behaves like CEO. # Their president has good vision and strength but others are interested in position and cash. # No social event.

- All team leaders and project managers don't having good communication skills. - Increment very poor - salary scale also very poor - All leaders working since last 10 to 12 years in Priyasoft and they all behaves like owner of comp. Also they don't have enough knowledge to work with other companies. - increment very very poor like 500 to 1000 per year. Too bad experience
