Toxic Mean Girl Work Environment

Pros

Pay is decent Hybrid work

Cons

Zero work-life balance Expected to work weekends and holidays 24/7/365 Owner lies, cheats at reviews and pretends to be a Christian. Mean girls group in Dallas office with bullying, looking down their nose. Turnover rate is extremely high High pressure selling people into high interest loans with the expectation that they will be earning money from their new business to pay the loan. This isn't true in 95%+ of students. It takes time to begin earning money, an average of 6-12 months for those that are disciplined and don't give up.

Pros

uncapped income potential, the harder you work the more money you make. Opportunity to work anywhere in the world.

Cons

100% commission. For me it's not a bad thing, but I think a lot of people would find this challenging.
