      Overall there is a lot of nice people

      Cons

      The management. A lot of good specialists left because of the atitude and the salaries/ benefits that are much lower comparing to the market. Seems like The management moto is that "everyone can be replaced" without thinking of consequences and the way of doing this replacement.
