- Bad communication from all upper management, problem starts top down
- Toxic work environment during busy season
- Don't take Covid-19 serious
- Minimum wage, don't take care of their most valued employees
- No room for young talent to grow and share feedback since they just replace you with somebody cheaper
• 98% of women in my three years have left, been fired, or been silenced.
• Upper management does a lot of talking without respect for the few (women) who do the executing. There are far too many upper-level managers (men) who do not execute ideas and do not have the experience.
• There is no office culture. It is a toxic environment that does not allow for creativity thus resulting in poor product and marketing support.
