Pros

Good co-workers, smart people and good ideas

Cons

Remote work adoption is killing this business, so the market is shrinking quick. Transitions are tough and PL is going to be a loser on this one, and the ECM market is packed with established competitors. Overall environment is toxic in nature. Not a lot of trust in the leadership and there is an inner circle for sure. If your not in it, you feel it. Also to many friends and relatives work together which makes anyone new to the group feel out of place. Compensation is decent for location but with remote work options more prevalent the good ones will go work for better companies and still be able to live in St. George. Will miss some of the team. Time to get better pay and better corporate experience without all the small company drama.

Pros

I liked some of the engineers but most were inexperienced and had little cross training

Cons

Don't even think about working here. You won't get promoted, you won't get a raise, and you'll work nights and weekends with little thanks or recognition from engineering leadership or executive management.
