      Pros

      Great learning experience and a fantastic travelling opportunity. Challenging environment and self motivational. Tasting and cocktail classes.

      Cons

      Not enough recognition and staggered growth. Too much repetition. Not enough support from suppliers and external brand ambassadors. No extra incentives in place.

      Pros

      Princess provides awesome cruise benefits and an employee stock purchase program which is cool. The company is located at the mall, which also has downsides but is mostly convenient for lunches and shopping on breaks. Most people at Princess are very good people and willing to help.

      Cons

      Every since Princess combined the back office function with HAL things have gone down hill and morale has really suffered. People are forced to work overtime and weekends and pick up the slack for HAL being disorganized and both companies being understaffed. There has also become a problem with turnover. Health benefits are crazy expensive, twice as much as my last company.
