Cons

Everything You are just a labour for primitech, you dont have any rights and ethics. Firing before salary day. They'll not give a single penny of amount. Lots of policies are there. No benifit for employees.

According to me there is only one pros and that is Saturday and Sunday's are off.

Cons

- Hitler type management. - You will be underpaid always, no means what are you doing. - You will always have to pray and cry for leaves, no means in which situation you are. - They will cheat you by calling USA based company, they have no connection from USA, they just have few clients from there by telling some lies to them. - If you are out of Punjab forget about long leaves. - If you are a fresher they will treat you like a daily based labor by giving you 6-7k in a month. - By working here you will never feel you are learning anything or have any chance to grow.
