Pros
- enjoyable and loveable products / brands - plenty of home office possibilities, working from abroad is possible - flexible work hours - flexible management (no micromanagement)
Cons
- top talents get unrecognized and unincentivized - new employees make much more money than loyal ones - unstructured; sometimes you don't know how many people you're reporting to - some things are really old fashioned; no digital signage for contracts, you have to print everything out, many unnecessary administrative tasks that take your precious time
