good environment bosses are friendly, steady business, great vacation time, good benefits, yearly pay increase.

Cons

difficult to move up the ladder, people tend to not leave the company so it is difficult to get a better position

Lots of people in management and lead positions who are clearly unfit for the job. Some simply lack very basic soft skills and social intelligence to lead, to manage and interact with other people. Poor social judgment, lack of empathy/common sense and microaggressions are shockingly common in many people in lead roles

I had the bad luck to work in a team with not the best behavior: - Refuse to talk in English unless forced by the TL, even the position was in English. - Spread false accusations and made rude comments, without any consequence. - Discrimination based on nationality
