      I had the bad luck to work in a team with not the best behavior: - Refuse to talk in English unless forced by the TL, even the position was in English. - Spread false accusations and made rude comments, without any consequence. - Discrimination based on nationality

      No micromanagement, opportunity to waste a lot of time (or spend it developing skills on your own), decent pay and benefits.

      Poor training, not much work to do at time of employment, coworkers aren't super friendly.
