      HMO It is under Villar Group of Companies

      Cons

      Office politics is too much. Although this may seem normal to some companies. From what I have witnessed, employees bring each other down. You have to be careful who to trust. Below minimal salary increase No Career Growth - I have been in the company for a couple of years and we were not even sent to trainings or seminars. Employee performance evaluation also do not matter in this company that is why those who do well in their work eventually loses motivation.
