1. Managers are mentally sick here, dont have any personal life always in office 2. You have to work like a donkey ,if you work after 7 pm managers will be very very happy.So here some people will play TT till 7 pm and start working after 7 pm. 3. Company will chew you like a bubble gum. No mercy will be there.if you are brilliant then you will get 75% work of your team. 4.if production build is there then you have to come on Saturdays and Sundays 5 Two main events are there in prime focus ,nab and ibc that time nearly for two months entire nights you have to stay in office.(remaining 8 months you will be doing 1 functionality with changing requirements) 6. Insulting in front of others is the main culture following in company. if you shout then others will consider you like a hero.so shouting will be a routine with no reasons 7.No cabs but you have to sit, night outs in order to finish your work.so dangerous company for female employees 8.No cleanness inside the company. Its similar to a dormitory. 9. No training for new technology

It is the shittiest company to work for. Its not just ur tenure here but also your exit process which the management makes it bitter. There is no hike given during an appraisal nor are there any incentives. But they will make u work even on all Sundays throughout the year. They will tell u over the phone that you have been promoted n get u to work on the higher level. But they will give u peanuts in return. Once u decide to leave, they will block ur salary of that full month n make u work for two months and if u want to leave within a month, they will ask u to pay for one month that too full CTC not just basic salary. I have had the worst professional life working here. Hate it totally.
