Pros

close to the train station

Cons

Management are cut throat, micro manage your work to ensure mistakes arent made which is fine...... we discussed in the interview how they would deal with a mistake being made. they said they help you fix your procedures so you learn from your mistakes. but instead fired on the spot.

Pros

1. Good salary 2. Co- working office space is good, and there are time-to-time lunch, dinner and team outings. 3. Since the Indian team is new, all the policies and other benefits to be provided were in process. 4. The work given was good with regards to exposure and learning. There were weekly training sessions to upgrade our knowledge. Few onshore managers were really good and supportive.

Cons

Had a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend joining this company at all. There is absolutely no job security unless you work like a robot day and night spoiling your physical and mental health. Here are some of the points which I want to highlight: 1. Indian team still do not know how the policies work in India (with regards to leave policies and other work cultures). They change policies as and when they like without prior notice. 2. Salaries are not credited on time. They process salaries as and when they like. It is a pain when we have commitments and we don't receive salary on time.. also, we have to literally wait until 3rd week of next month to get our salary slips. 3. The people who manage the Indian team give false promises luring you with good packages and then keeping skyrocketing expectations. Butter you with sweet words. HR does not have proper knowledge on the area of work. 4. The onshore manager whom I was reporting to was an absolute pain to everyone. Blames the accountant all the time. Never responds to our emails or teams messages. Zero work support incase there are any doubts we have. However, his expectations are very very high. 5. Budgets for the job are very strict and very less. The work involved is so much more. The onshore team questions even for a little overtime. Even genuine reasoning is not accepted by them. I used to work overtime everyday till late night just to give 7hours billable time. 6. Even small things would escalate to the partner and they asked to resign without any prior notice which was highly unprofessional. When asked for the reason, they gave some vague reasons. I felt the manager whom I was working under took a personal grudge on me, since he needs a perfect job, but doesn't want to give any support or training, and this complaint had gone to the higher management. 7. The Indian offshore manager did not even provide a proper farewell, or did not even let me know what was going wrong even though he had all the information from the onshore. He kept mum in front of the onshore management and never took a stand which was very disappointing. 8. Offboarding procedures were a literal pain. I had to literally beg them to provide me my salary slips. Even after sending multiple emails, the HR did not respond. Had to reach out to the offshore manager to receive the documents. 9. The current employees are literally scared that they will be thrown out next and working everyday with fear.
