Priava does not pay employees their salaries on time. Priava cant afford to pay employees their Superannuation nor any other entitlement such as legitimate expenses. Priava is pretty much trading insolvent. Priava management does not recognise the Fair Work Act exists. For those that dont know, the Fair Work Act exists to protect employees from unscrupulous business practices. Priava does not recognise its contractual agreements with existing Clients demanding concessions such as taking away agreed contractual terms. Relies on 'flash' marketing to position a product that does not meet business needs, and wont for many years! Priava does not pay its suppliers based upon the norm, instead either negotiates terms over a longer period or just plain stone walls until threatened with litigation.
Staff are owed salary and Superannuation stretching back years.
