      Pros

      Fast-paced, good renumeration over industry average, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Clock-in and out minimum 9 hours a day. Strictly no wfh policy. They are in Crypto but try to run a company with 0 flexibility and freedom. LESS than 3 weeks of PTO a year. NO sick leave allowed unless you drag yourself to the hospital and get evidence that you are unable to work.
