No operations, disconnect between the two sides, no overall plan, I love small business but this company has a split personality.

Pros
- Protected Learning & Development time for professional growth - Generous PTO packages & benefits for a startup - Very collaborative environment - Get to work directly with senior leaders as the whole team is quite small - They're a not-for-profit, and pretty much any role at Prepr has a direct impact to the overall mission of the company which is a big "feel good" everyday at work
Cons
- Fully remote, although not a huge con as there are occasional in-person days to see the team and flex office space if you need a change in scenery - It's a start up and a very small team, so of course they're not perfect but are constantly aiming to improve policies and procedures to maximize culture
