      Pros

      Possibility to earn a lot through bonuses if you get into the right department

      Cons

      Very disrespectful, racist and rude team. It feels more like high school than a workplace. If you want to pretend you're still the cool kid at school, you'll love it there. Poor and untrained management, not many growth opportunities as favoritism and connections are most relevant.

      Pros

      - I love working at Premier Pro Management - I find the days to be exciting and different. - Management genuinely cares about the advancement of it's employees and will take time to make sure their people succeed. It's nice to be treated like an adult and a true investment to a company. - The hardest part of the job...leaving for the day. There is always something to do and it is just fun to hang out with your team members. - Many opportunities to train and expand knowledge. - Great pay, fun events (paid for), benefits and opportunity for growth

      Young and awesome team, relaxed atmosphere in the office, brand new location (great building, a lot of space and light, nice view), a very cooperative management, great opportunities of working and networking with professionals from the USA, free weekends, themed Fridays, a shorter working schedule on Friday, parties in the office, game room

      Working at late hours
