      Great onboarding experience!

      Pros

      - Very nice office space & location - Large automatic standing desk for everyone - Excellent team and great people to work together - Hands on experience during onboarding process, nice documentation to help you learn quickly during the first few weeks

      Cons

      The tech interview takes more time and consideration, but I think they are fair and also more related to my skill sets.

      Pros

      - CEO is transparent with company financials and shares his vision with team often. Really inspiring as an employee - Comfortable work location and positive work environment - Competitive compensation package - Flexibility in remote/in-office schedule - Workload and expectations are realistic

      Cons

      If I must nitpick a con, it would be the need to be on call for large holidays due to larger traffic. I've been at the company for roughly 9 months now and I've only had positive experiences in PredictSpring
