everything! - don't feel like you're at home because of how stressful the management is, conducts meeting every day criticizing employees down from entry to even project leaders (stress leaders = stress employees) - hypocrite management, demands too much but undercompensate you - quota-based work system - no incentives for going over the quota (they have implemented it once for a month ONLY since everybody made over P10k - P20k on incentives alone they change the computations so it's harder to even get 1k on incentives) - workload is too much for below market salary (some elder employees start work at 6am - 4pm but extends up to 11pm because they have a hard time meeting daily quotas) Remember this is a daily thing! - unprofessional squammy-attitude PL's (not all some are good) - management LOVES to micromanage everything down to the smallest details - timekeeper that takes screenshot every minute to keep you bound like a robot on screen - favoritism (keeps hiring incompetent friends of HR) - higher ups are known to rob millions from the company - career growth is useless, entry position is dumped w/ ton loads of work imagine getting promoted only to TRIPLE that If you wanna die sooner of stress apply here if not preserve your life and avoid this company.
